NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-2657-ES, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida wherein SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. f/k/a AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., Plaintiff and MAXEEN GYSIN, et al are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
