NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-21634 DIV H UCN: 292009CA021634XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JASPER R. ROBERTSON; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 330 FEET OF THE EAST 331 FEET OF THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
