Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 7, 2012 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-007980 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA, in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, at 10:00 a.m. on the 28TH day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 16 LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1C, VILLAGES 3/4/5/6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 17 THROUGH 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA a/k/a 9310 Leatherwood Avenue, Tampa, FL 33647.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
