NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-003729 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 02:00 PM on the 20 day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, in Block 5, RIVERGLEN UNIT 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 33, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the les pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
