NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002417 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY BONCHEK, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 202, the George E. Edgecomb Building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 90, Hammocks, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 107, Page(s) 45, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
