NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21st, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-006668 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGEIT TRUST 2005-S, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and LINH TRAN A/K/A LINH HUY TRAN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2:00pm on the 2nd Floor, Room 202, the George E. Edgecomb Building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, BLOCK 30 MIRABAY PHASE 3B-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 98, PAGES 54-67, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
