NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-000715, DIVISION: J, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and DESIREE SPALDING; ALLEGRO PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10 am, on June 28, 2012, located on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5515-303, OF ALLEGRO PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16173, PAGE 1823, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5515 LEGACY CRESCENT PL 303, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
