NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 17 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-023321, DIVISION: G, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2004 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WHQ2 is Plaintiff, and LEONARDO MARTINEZ, NOELVYS CONTRERA MARTINEZ AND STATE OF FLORIDA are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 20 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 8, MAP OF EAST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2812 Durham Street, Tampa, FL 33605.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
