Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block 8, GROVE PARK ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 78, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
