UNIT V609 OF THE VICTORY LOFTS AT CHANNELSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 16, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14405, PAGE 1458, AND AMENDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14408, PAGE 582, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ATTACHED THERETO.
