NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-021648 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, Pat Frank the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL at 10:00 AM on the 28 day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, CITRUS LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
