STRAUBEL f/k/a Shannon L. Smith, an individual, SCOTT D. STRAUBEL, an individual, STATE OF FLORIDA, LOUISE M. CHAPIN, TRUSTEE OF THE CECIL E. The East 30 feet of Lot 4 and the West 30 feet of Lot 3, Block 12, Gandy Boulevard Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
