CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 311, HIGHGATE III CONDOMINIUM PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 46 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4246, PAGE 862, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2008 N HALCYON DR, SUN CITY CENTER, FL 33573; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
