NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-016166 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00AM on the 20 day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 9522, Building 23, of Lake Chase Condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Pages 34 through 162 and modified in Official Records Book 14481, Pages 1968 through 1970, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, including garage number 23-G1.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the les pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
