Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21 day of June, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
The South Half of Tract 57, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 21, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 82 in the Public Records of collier County, Florida..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
