Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on Mary 14, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 421, BUILDING 4, FAIRWAYS I AT MARCO SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1934, PAGE 1401, ET SEQ. AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1018 MAINSAIL DR #421, NAPLES, FL 34114; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on June 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
