Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April 2, 2012, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 7306, OLE' AT LELY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGES 615, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., on June 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
