NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0904663CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. EVREN M. SERCE; AYSIM ESERDAG; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; IBIS COVE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BLOCK A, LOT 168, IBIS COVE, PHASE TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF IBIS COVE, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 52 THROUGH 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
