NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-006463, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff and GERALD W. GORMAN; ELIZABETH A. GORMAN; PATRICK FITZGIBBON; CAXAMBAS TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAIMLERCHRYSLER FINANCIAL SERVICES AMERICAS LLC; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 205-B, CAXAMBAS TOWER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 38; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 699 PAGE 1862 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
