NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-05247 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series AR7 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated August 1, 2004, is the Plaintiff and Catherine Fava Giblin, Leawood Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Unit States of America, Tenant #1 Curt Zahnle, Tenant #2 Gail Zahnle, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 103, LEAWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 62 THROUGH 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
