NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-002865, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AN INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and, LUIS VALDES; TANIA M. PERERA; UNKNOWN TENANT OR TENANTS IN POSSESSION NKA TRACY KAHL are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 6, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 43, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
