Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2543-CA of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 201, Building No. 14, Bimini Bay II at Tarpon Bay, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof in Official Records Book 2908, page 2467, and subsequent amendments, of the Public records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
