notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000125 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Sidwell, Inc., d/b/a Capital Mortgage Services of Texas, Plaintiff and Nicole Karen Kluberdanz a/k/a Nicole Kluberdanz a/k/a Nicole K. Sponseller are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 103, BUILDING 2, PEBBLE SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1837, PAGES 1912 THROUGH 2020, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
