NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 003458 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Claudio Compiano a/k/a Claudio M. Campiano, Karina Compiano are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
