NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0906620CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11 A.M. on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the west 75' of the east 150 feet of tract 19, golden gate estates, unit 46, according to the plaT thereof, recorded in palt book 7, page 31, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
