Final Judgment was awarded on May 23, 2012 in Civil Case No: 08-001271-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I, INC., TRUST 2006- HE4, is the Plaintiff, and, MARIO GONZALEZ A/K/A MARIO A. GONZALEZ, LOIDA GONZALEZ, U.S. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
