notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006104 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Rebecca Eastep, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of William Eastep, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 79, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
