Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-2132-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BLOCK G, Lot 528, IBIS COVE, PHASE TW0-A, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 79, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being a replat of lBlS COVE, PHASE ONE, according to the plat in Plat Book 35, Pages 52 through 58, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
