NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-003403, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and NINA D. GONZALES; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 18 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, BRISTOL PINES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 7531 Bristol Circle, Naples , Florida 34120
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
