NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-003420, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff, and GJOK DECKAJ; LAIDE DECKAJ; THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 18 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1101, PHASE 11, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES OF BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
