NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-002638, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and JOAN L. BRENDLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN L. BRENDLE; SUNRISE POOLS OF NAPLES, INC.; ROYAL BAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 18 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 27, OF ROYAL BAY VILLAS PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 653, PAGES 1775 THROUGH 1806, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION AND THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE STORAGE LOCKER NUMBER 27.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1549 SANDPIPER STREET #27, NAPLES, FL 34102.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
