NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-003721, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-6, is the Plaintiff, and, STEPHEN G. RISING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN G. RISING; LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC/; LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A KATHERINE PRATT AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on June 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK L, OF LAKES, UNIT NO 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
