NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 1005113ca of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20 day of June, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 9-105, Arbor Trace, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1634, Page 1634, and as amended, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 1643,Page 1444, and as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with a share of the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
