NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001436 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006- OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA3, Plaintiff, and, STEVEN PEARSON, et. al, are Defendants, I will to the highest bidder for cash at the 1ST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, Naples, Florida 34112, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 21 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3336, BUILDING 33, TERRACE IV AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST N THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3136, PAGE 990, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
