NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1004779CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SUSAN E. CORRIGAN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 609, Sunset Cay Villas II, a Condominium, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2160 at Page 877 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
