YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
The East 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North 658.60 feet of the South 1347.20 feet of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, less the South 30.00 feet thereof.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to J. Marshall Moorhead, Esquire or L. Geoffrey Young, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
