ABRAHAO; SONIA M. ABRAHAO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; FOXCREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on June 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
