NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-011305-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-7 is the Plaintiff and ROMAINE K. KOLCH; WOODSIDE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DON CHAPMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on June 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
