NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004147 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and WAYNE P. GRUBER; ROBIN L. GRUBER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE TREE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE MASTER MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE GOLF VILLAS SECTION ONE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE ESTATE HOMES SECTION ONE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
