NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2010, entered in Case No. 48 2008 CA 020041 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Milhem Haddad; Mary Haddad; Heritage Village Property Owners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Sandhill Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, OF HERITAGE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 101-102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
