NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 15, 2012, in Case No. 48-2011-CA-015211-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK, is Plaintiff, and PAMELA J. RAMKISHUN A/K/A PAMELA RAMKISHUN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA J. RAMKISHUN A/K/A PAMELA RAMKISHUN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19th day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
