NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-019326-A001OX, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FNBN I, LLC is Plaintiff and MARIE KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE KING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BELMONT AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIFTH THIRD BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 212-1226, BELMONT AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8371, PAGE 1424, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
