NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-005942, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and JOCELYN HALLIBURTON; DAVID HALLIBURTON; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 180, BREEZEWOOD UNIT THREE, ACCORDING O THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
