NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009454 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. O'NEAL A/K/A MICHAEL J. ONEAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. O'NEAL A/K/A MICHAEL J. ONEAL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HANCOCK BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PEOPLES FIRST COMMUNITY BANK; are defendants.
