Oakland Pointe Street Drainage Improvements
Scope of Services: The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, perishable materials such as: asphalt, concrete, two, eight inch temporary line stops; transportation, maintenance of traffic signs and barricades, general and specialized tools and equipment to accomplish all services for the Oakland Town Commission as specified in the Scope of Services and the Construction Plans. The Town shall furnish all non-perishable materials such as pipe and fittings. The Contractor shall implement all necessary work control procedures to ensure timely accomplishment of work requirements, as well as to permit tracking of work in progress. The Contractor is responsible for adequately planning and scheduling work to assure quality standards established in the Bid specifications. Ordering Instructions: This solicitation package can be obtained from the Oakland Town Clerk at 230 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, FL 34760. Bid Due Date/Time: June 20, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time at the Reception Window, Oakland Town Hall, 230 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, FL 34760. All bid documents shall be placed in an opaque, sealed envelope with the notation “Bid Enclosed”. There is no mail delivery to this address. If the Bid is sent through the mail the sealed “Bid Enclosed” envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the mailing address: Town of Oakland, Office of the Town Clerk, P. O. Box 98, Oakland, FL 34760. No E-mail, fax, or telephone bids shall be accepted. Any bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Engineer's Estimate: $50,500.
