Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 2, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK 722, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THRU 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1190 GREAT FALLS AVE NW, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on July 2nd, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
