Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 29, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 15, BLOCK 28, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 41A AND 41B INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 27427 SUNSET DR, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on July 30th, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
