NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 21 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001014 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein MARINER'S BOATHOUSE AND BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., etc., is the Plaintiff and MARK G. DRILLIS, SR., et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45. Florida Statutes at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on June 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
