BRANDT; KELLY J. BRANDT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); THE VILLAGE OF SANDEL WOOD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, HERITAGE WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
