I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 16 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9, OF LAKE PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1886, PAGE 3535, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY.

This property is located at the Street address of: 2320 Wooster Ln 9, Sanibel, FL 33957.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
